The Advantage
of a 3D Mold Model
A current 3D mold model helps reduce diagnostic time and overall repair costs. With a digital model, we can quickly verify clearances and shutoffs, design replacement components faster, and minimize teardown and reverse-engineering work.
If a model is not available, components must be reverse-engineered as needed, but providing a 3D model typically lowers total costs and shortens lead times.

We offer precision micro welding for controlled material build-up and dimensional restoration on hardened tool steel components. This process allows targeted repairs with minimal heat distortion, making it ideal for shutoff restoration, rebuilding worn steel, feature modifications, material build-up for re-machining, and extending tool life.

Complete Mold Disassembly
All moving components are carefully disassembled to allow full inspection of wear areas. Slides, lifters, and ejector assemblies are removed so critical surfaces can be evaluated and serviced before problems occur.
Cleaning & System Service
Each mold receives a thorough cleaning to remove resin buildup, debris, and plate residue. Vents are cleared to maintain proper airflow, and accessible water circuits are cleaned to ensure consistent cooling performance.
Mechanical & Wear Inspection
Critical components are evaluated for wear and performance. This includes inspection of shutoffs, slides, lifters, springs, ejector pins, and return systems, along with verification of hardware torque and mold detail condition.
Reassembly & Functional Verification
After inspection and servicing, all components are cleaned, lubricated, and reassembled. Mold timing and alignment are verified, followed by a final operational check to ensure the mold is ready for reliable production.
